survey160r - R Client for Survey160 Data

Access Survey160 campaign data from R. Reads campaign exports from Google Cloud Storage or local files and triggers fresh exports via the Survey160 API. Computes per-campaign recipient-latency reports, screens phone samples against the disposition dataset and the opt-out list, and rolls disposition and campaign metrics up to funnel counts and rates. Results are in-memory data frames; persistence and fleet orchestration live in consumer projects.
